ROM Kennel Award Form

Award Requirements:

The kennel must produce 10 dogs with AKC champions or performance titles and the owner of the kennel must be listed as breeder on each of the 10 dogs’ registration certificates.

Documentation requirements:

Names of qualifying dogs, including all titles. Duplicates are not allowed. If a dog is a champion and has a performance title, it still only counts as one dog.
